Les Cafés V.P. inc is a private company, based in Montreal and specialized in the Café and Restaurant business. Founded in 1994, by MM. Marcel Hachem and James Essaris, two quite passionate epicurean fascinated by the world of taste.
The chain’s development was made gradually through business relationships as well as through privileged associations with franchisees passionate about the world of coffee.
Today, Les Cafés V.P. Inc. counts 80 branches, under the banners of Presse Café, Café Vienne, Green Catering & Café, Ros&lina, Premium and Cupps Coffee House. The network employs over 1500 persons in the provinces of Quebec and Ontario and yields over $60 million Canadian dollars per year. Projects to expand in Europe are taking shape.
